  • Ensure recipients have provided valid consent to receive RCS messages.
  • Understand that delivery depends on recipient device compatibility and mobile carrier support.
  • Accept that Infoway IT Solutions is not responsible for message failures caused by third-party systems.
  • Infoway IT Solutions may collect and process metadata and engagement statistics from your RCS campaigns.
  1. Client Responsibilities
    As a client of Infoway IT Solutions, you agree to:
  • Provide accurate, complete information for service execution.
  • Ensure all content provided complies with applicable laws (e.g., copyright, privacy).
  • Obtain proper user consent for RCS or other marketing messages.
  • Not use our services for spamming, phishing, or sending misleading information.
  1. Payments and Billing
  • Services will be billed as outlined in your agreement or invoice.
  • RCS Messaging may involve volume-based pricing based on carrier and region.
  • Payment is due within 10 days of invoice.
  • Late payments may incur interest charges or service suspension.
  1. Project Timelines
    Project timelines depend on service scope and prompt client feedback. Delays in communication from the client may result in extended timelines.
  2. Refund Policy
    Infoway IT Solutions does not issue refunds for services already rendered. Partial refunds may be considered in rare cases, subject to management approval.
  3. Intellectual Property
    All original content and work created by Infoway IT Solutions remain our intellectual property until full payment is made. Upon payment, the client is granted a license or ownership as agreed in writing.
  4. Limitation of Liability
    Infoway IT Solutions is not liable for:
  • Third-party service interruptions
  • Loss of data or revenue
  • Carrier-level message delivery issues
  • Improper client use of RCS Messaging or other tools
  1. Termination
    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:
  • Payments are overdue
  • You breach these Terms
  • There is abuse or misuse of our services

    Infoway IT Solutions may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
